How to Choose a Microscope
Before purchase of a microscope we should first know what we would like to observe and in what field the microscope will be used.
The quality of a microscope is not determined by its maximum magnification, but by the resolution of a detail. That´s why we can see very cheap microscopes with high magnification, unfortunately in such microscopes the image quality is considerably lower and in maximum magnification it is practically impossible to focus in full. If you decide to purchase an ARSENAL microscope, you can be sure that the image will be always perfect.
Microscopes magnification differs depending o what type of object we observe. Laboratory and research microscopes magnification varies up to 2 000x, they are designed for observation of very thin specimens of tissue cuts or different liquids placed between microscopic slide and cover glass. Accordingly it is in school microscopes, whose maximum magnification varies about 400x to 800x, because higher magnification is not needed in ordinary school work. On the contrary, magnification of the stereoscopic microscopes is several tens times only, because they are designed for observation of three-dimensional objects, sometimes of larger dimensions.
Last but not least it is necessary to mention the price. The Price range is very wide and sometimes the customer´s purse plays its role. ARSENAL Microscopes are characterized by a very reasonable price while a high quality of optics and mechanics as well as full equipment of the standard microscope set, including eyepieces and objectives is preserved.
