Professional software ATLAS is designed for image scanning, processing and storage of images acquired through a microscope, digital or CCD camera, scanner etc. Software provides a complete solution for digital image processing and at the same time it is very popular for its easy, intuitive handling. The software can be extended by several optional modules, which enable to execute image analysis, objects measuring and adding text notes to the image, application of wide range of useful filters or video recording from digital or analogue camera.

Software Atlas enables archiving and searching in specific images and their groups. Standard image formats (e. g. bmp, jpeg, tiff) are supported. Software works under Windows^TM system. 

The software was designed in the way it could be extended by new modules (plugins) in the future, e. g. morphologic analysis or special modules according to the customers´needs.
